L 'National Neurological Institute "Carlo Besta" is a leader in neuroscience center, recognized internationally, and is part of the HPH (Health Promoting Hospital), a project of the World Health Organization aimed at promoting health. The Institute
specialty areas include neurological disorders in adults and children, surgical and oncological diseases, chronic diseases and rare. The Institute also has centers ultraspecialistici for the treatment of specific neurological disorders.
The mission of the Institute "C. Besta "is to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services assisted highly advanced and high quality. The Institute's philosophy leads to a synergy between scientific research and activities of in-patient care that gives rise to a continuous improvement of the therapeutic efficacy.
